Gina's Homework (Spanish lesson)

Language Objective:

Learn lexical to give a Spanish speech.

Content Objective:

Common words used in Spanish language.


Activity:

Day 1: Write a poem or speech to your family in your native language.

Day 2: Find out your 20 favorite words in it, and write the list in a notebook where you can stick some of your family photos.

Day 3: Find out which are the words in Spanish for those words, and make a similar list.

Day 4: Memorize them.

Day 5: Practice their pronunciation in Spanish using the links.

Day 6: Record yourself saying the words.

Day 7: Listen to the tape

Day 8: Make simple sentences in Spanish using those words to practice word order (link).

Day 9: Start making another speech but in Spanish.

Day10: Give me a copy of it, to give you feedback.
